- Customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on special discounts or during clearance sales are non-returnable.
- Custom-made items and altered jewellery are non-returnable.
- Gift cards and store credits are not refundable.
